Kiev Conference 

The 2007 Conference held in Kiev was hosted at the National Technical University of the Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute". The conference was opened by the Rector, Mikhail Zgurovsky, followed by a message from the Speaker of the Parliament of Russian Federation. Delegates participated in a variety of debates including the state of business education in the Ukraine and Russia; support and funding for business programmes; different styles of MBA programmes; internationalisation of Russian programmes; student mobility and accrediation. Following the Annual General Meeting 17 programmes from member institutions received recognition and awards for their involvement in the accreditation programme of ECBE. 

At the end of the conference delgates were invited and encouraged to participate in the 2008 annual conference to be held in Brussels and Brugge with the theme "Life-long Learning" 

ACBSP`s conference in Orlando 

ECBE`s sister organisastion ACBSP held its annual conference in Orlando Florida, which was attended by several members of ECBE including four Board members. During the conference a new Memorandum of Understanding was signed between ECBE and ACBSP supporting continued co-operation and providing a "fast track" for accredited members of one organisation to seek and obtain accrediation from the other sister organisation. 

On this occasion Southern New Hampshire University and Tiffin University (Ohio) both ACBSP accredited received accreditation awards from ECBE.

Members of ECBE, who wish to obtain copies of previous conference proceedings, will be charged for the postage. 

Non-members, who wish to obtain copies of proceedings of previous conferences, will be changed for the publication and the postage.
