Requirements
For participation in the conference you should:
(deadline - September 20, 2010):
- get registered on the conference web-site www.reshetnev.sibsau.ru, and send abstract outlines and a scanned copy of the expert opinion in electronic version by e-mail. All items must be arranged according to the requirements of the organizing committee (see information below).
- send your abstract outlines in paper version, signed by the author, and the original of the expert opinion by mail.
IMPORTANT: All participants should present applications and abstract outlines to the organizing committee for the selection only with the help of the electronic registration system.

Requirements for abstracts
1. Content. In the abstract it is necessary to describe the problems, the main subject of the research, achieved outcomes of the research, novelty of the results and areas of implementation.
2. Text structure. ISBN code should be placed in the top left-hand corner. Below, in the centre, name and surname of the author(s) followed by the name of the university or an organization; city and country. Then, in a line, the name of the report (in bold) and a brief 3-7 line annotation (in italics) should be placed. Then a gap should be left and the text of the report. At the end of the report, another gap should be left before the bibliographical list of works mentioned in the text of the abstract.
3. Text length. - 1 - 2 А4 (210 mm х 297 mm) full pages. Margins: right and left - 2 cm, upper and lower - 2.5 cm.
4. Text format. Text, formulae, charts and tables should be prepared in MS Office 2003; Font - Times New Roman, size 12, paragraph - 0,5 cm; interline interval - single, letter and word spacing - normal; simple formulae should be typed as symbols (font Symbol), special complicated symbols and very long formulae should be typed in Microsoft Equation 3.0; tables should be enumerated consecutively; pictures should be arranged in the text with .tiff add-in and be no less than 60 x 60 mm and no more than 110 x 170 mm, they may be scanned (in grey, 150 dpi); captions to the pictures should be of font size 10; page numbers should be indicated in pencil in the centre of the bottom of the page.

Organizing Committee receives the abstracts, reviews them and decides about the form of the report. Abstracts of the articles from the conference are to be issued by the beginning of the conference. After the conference the best reports will be published in the University's journal "Vestnik SibSAU".
Recommendations:
- the number of authors of one article should not be more than five;
- one author can publish not more than two articles
Editorial board has the right to refuse to publish the articles which do not meet the requirements, deadlines or do not suit the subject areas of the journal.

There is no registration fee for participation as a visitor at the Conference.
There will be plenary sessions with guest keynote speakers (20-30 min.), concurrent sessions, and booth presentations at the conference.
All participants will be provided with modern technical equipment to present the reports: multimedia projector and overhead. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.
Conference participants should cover their subsistence, accommodation and travel expenses themselves. The cafe will be open during all days of the conference.
ATTENTION!
The invoice and agreement (if it is necessary) for payment of the registration fee will be given only after receipt of the whole document package.
