Type of website users

This website recognizes the following user profiles (only main profiles are mentioned):

  1. Guest: this is the standard profile every user gets when visiting the site. Only a limited amount of downloads are available for these users.
  2. Registered: After registration, the user profile is upgraded to "Registered". Most downloads are available. Registration is free of charge.
  3. Conference: Specific profile for users enrolled in ECBE's Annual Conference. Apart from their standard profile, these users have also access to the information reserved for participants.
  4. Member: After registration, the Webmaster can upgrade your level to "Member". Information and downloads reserved for Members are now available. During the registration process, the user should enter the "Upgrade Registration Code" s/he got from his/her management. Upgrading can take up to 2 business days. Members can also see and download all information available for registered users.
  5. MemberAdmin: A Member should appoint one or more users that are the main administrative contact(s). They will receive the invoices and are allowed to download certificates and other documents for their shool. Their email address is only visible (networking) for other MemberAdmins, Senior Reviewers, Commissioners and Management.
  6. MemberSuspended: ECBE management can suspend a Member. When this is done, the actual access level of such a Member is reduced to "Registered". When the Members logs in, a warning is issued.
  7. Reviewer: ECBE Reviewers level. Reviewers have access to the information and documents specific for their level. Reviewers can also see and access all information available for registered users and Members. 
  8. SeniorReviewer: ECBE Senior Reviewers level. Senior Reviewers have access to the information and documents specific for their level. Senior Reviewers can also see and access all information available for registered users, Members, MemberAdmins and Reviewers. 
  9. Commissioner: ECBE Commissioners level. Commissioners have access to the information and documents specific for their level. Commissioners can also see and access all information available for registered users, Members, MemberAdmins, Reviewers and Senior Reviewers.
  10. Management: Level reserved for Board of Management and website management. This level can see and download all information on the website.
